COURSE DESCRIPTION |
Course objectives |
- understand the basic concepts related to verbal and nonverbal communication, as well as the factors that influence these concepts; - develop the skills of presentation planning, presentation structure, and presentation performance in the Croatian language; - develop pragmatic language competence; - adopt the basic principles of written communication. |

Students will be able to: - describe the theories and models of communication; - employ active listening techniques; - demonstrate questioning skills; - give a technical presentation; - critically evaluate their own communication skills; - recognize disfluent speech; - negotiate and demonstrate the skills of assertive communication. |
